But the present members are also high school friends. We play alternative rock music. We also write songs of our own with which people, especially the youth can relate to. We see to it that we maintain positive vibes as a band and to inspire the youth with our music. We are also funned of creating a different version for our cover songs, usually adding life to it and giving it an alternative rock flavor. When we perform, we do it with full energy. We make sure that we give our best shot, regardless of the size of the place or the number of the audience.

Because of their busy schedules, the band was left with five members; the remaining members founded the band In Descent. Not knowing what to name their new band, its members incidentally thought of the band’s name as they were “going down” an elevator in school.
In Descent is a katuwaan band. Each and every member has his own musical influence, ranging from Death metal to Glam rock. With the help of their musical roots, they continue to experiment with their music, regardless of each member’s musical perspectives. The band struggled to establish its identity, because of the members’ different musical influences. But the basis of their sound today was the “happy-go-lucky” and “feel good” vibe of their personalities.
