Mocha-Krista Ranillo Kissing Photos All Over The Internet
I just saw it this morning from famous social media websites like Twitter, Plurk and Facebook. The Mocha-Krista Ranillo hot girl-to-girl-kissing-action photos are all over the internet.
I'm just not so sure if Krista Ranillo is already aware of them. On Mocha's side, and if I'm not mistaken, the photos came from her own website: mochauson.com.

New Moon Better Than Twilight?
After getting a lot of flack again from a number of film critics just like its predecessor Twilight, I think New Moon deserves to be compared to the former instead.
From someone who got to watch New Moon without watching Twilight, I think the movie was actually a good one for its target audience - the romantically inclined movie goers.
Although the die-hard book lovers would expectedly point out missing scenes, I believe that the story line was able to hold viewer interest throughout the movie's twist and turns.
I particularly liked the werewolves-protect-Bella-from-vampire shots and the brief action sequence where Edward had to defend Bella (Kristen Stewart) from the elder vampires. Weird enough, a visionary affirmation from Alice was anough to give them freedom.
Bad Scenes
Anyhow, the movie obviously had some lousy scenes as well highlighted by the dreamy sequence where Edward was running after Bella in the woods in jestful . . . slow . . . mo . . . tion. I think it was the most 'cheesy' and unnecessary scene in the movie. It should have been edited-out. Period. (it caused the viewing audience last night to break out it laughter, or perhaps in disgust).
As many girls shriek at Jacob's abs (Taylor Lautne), his acting abilities was the lousiest among them all. You can feel in his facial gestures alone, the unnatural expression of his supposed love for Bella required from the script.
Funny Observations
Guy viewers accompanying their girlfriends should just watch out for the moviehouse-girly-shrieks everytime Jacob removes his shirt. :)
I also observed that Edward Cullen and Bella seem to use the same lipstick. :)
New Moon
The movie also stars Dakota Fanning with a few minutes of exposure and red eyes. Regular movie screening of New Moon starts today locally. This sequel's running time was also obviously longer than Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight.
Generally, New Moon is a feel good romantic-fiction fantasy between humans, werewolves and vampires. The closing scene was successful in instilling a strong anticipation among the viewers and fans. Edward and Bella supporters are surely looking forward on the third installment.

Go Eco-Friendly This Christmas!
I don't usually post about personal fab finds here in Digital Manila. However, I recently came across some interesting products from Echostore while meeting with some friends at Le Bistro.
In particular is this antibac hand sanitizer spray which smelled really good after application. The label also indicated no harmful chemicals used. It turns out that Echostore's environment-friendly products advocates sustainable lifestyle by using non-chemical based ingredients and natural/recycled packaging materials.
Green Baskets as Christmas Gifts
What made it more interesting were their Green Baskets. These are group-packaged products in Green Baskets made by communities with reusable and natural materials.
I thought that these would make great alternative Christmas gifts instead of the usual ones we give or receive every Christmas season.
They are available in variety sets with different people in mind. They have Green Kitchen Partners, Green Baby and Green Mama Delight for the family and home.
They also have the Spa Starter Kit for those who want some pampering and my favorite - the Green Starter Kit. Nicely packed in a designed utility box, it consists of a sugarcane-based hand sanitizer, Eucalyptus insect repellant spray, pocket healer balm, 60 Moringana capsules, and an orange room & linen spray, among others.
It would be noteworthy to mention that plastic wrap boxes they use are actually recycled plastic crate strap boxes made by the members of Pamana Pagasa Livelihood Enterprise assisted by the Institute for Social Entrepreneurship Education (I4SEE) and the Marie Eugenie Solidarity Foundation.
The Waterliliy baskets are from the Las Pinas which turned the problem of waterliliy over-abundance at the Zapote River into a livelihood program.
Moreover, the magazine boxes are rolled recycled magazines produced under the guidance of Filipinas Fair Trade Foundation (FFTF) while the Corn Husk Baskets are made from woven recycled corn husks by the farmers of Basista, Pangasinan - imagine all those sources!
They have branches in Serendra at The Fort and The Podium in Ortigas Center, Pasig. Please add P70 on the indicated prices for the packaging cost which includes the ribbon, ECHOstore tag, and cellophane.
You may place pre-orders with two weeks lead time and 50% down payment. Items in the catalogue above are subject to availability from the supplier.
So if you're looking for eco-friendly gifts for your loved ones, you might consider buying Christmas gift baskets at Echo Store!

Support Local Music with MTV Emerge
In last month's press conference, DOT and Apl.de.Ap enthusiastically introduced a number of projects including Apl.de.Ap's newest music video "Take Me to the Philippines" to promote Philippine tourism and the MTV Emerge project.
Made posssible through MTV, Jeepney Music, and Department of Tourism collaboration, MTV Emerge aims to be a platform for unsigned local music groups to showcase their talents and to be given an opportunity to win a one-year recording contract with Jeepney Music.
All genres of music are welcome including indie, rock, hip-hop, R&B, metal, solo artists, and DJs. It also serves as an online music community where creative musicians and music lovers can share new music to be discovered and interact with each other.
As part of a recent contest, unsigned bands are encouraged to register and upload their profiles, photos and original music during the submission period.A particular entry which caught my attention and earned my vote was that of "Broken" by "The New Modern". Their music is hip and upbeat, but easy. A combination that truly expresses the Filipino's ingenuity and creativity in music. Hurry! Vote now as today is the last day of voting!
After this, seven grand winners will be selected from the top entries on November 20 by a panel of judges including Apl.de.Ap for a live show event on November 27. A one-year recording contract including artist management & promotion with Jeepney Music and mentorship under Apl.de.Ap awaits them.

Pacquiao Defeats Cotto, Dandruff, & Hair Fall :)
Once again, Pacquiao emerged victorious and has proven his boxing prowess to the world as he beat Miguel Cotto in round 12 of the recently concluded Pacquiao vs Cotto match.
I am not surprised, what else is new? In the Philippines, more than not, it's not a question if Manny Pacquiao will win a match or not. The question asked is in which round Manny will knockdown an opponent for good. It's where the bets are made.
Jokes run around that the victory was caused by his recent endorsement of Head & Shoulders, an anti-dandruff shampoo by Procter &Gamble. In particular, the new one which battles hair fall with 'Hair Retain'. Interestingly, lice is called 'kuto' in the local language ( which sounds very similar to 'Cotto').
I believe getting Manny Pacquaio for the endorsement was meant for the timing of the match between Pacquiao & Cotto; aside from Pacquiao's already high celebrity endorser status including that of Nike."Now men have a fighting chance to win their battle against thinning hair caused by dandruff and breakage. With new Head & Shoulders For Men Hair Retain, you can knockout dandruff and hair fall! "
- what a fitting and timely staement from Head & Shoulders. :)
Congratulations again to Manny Pacquiao! Not only did you beat dandruff and hair fall, you also laid to rest a 'Cotto' in real life!

Pacquiao vs Cotto Fight Update
Arum also mentioned,
Manny Pacquiao is at it again, a few months after bringing down Ricky Hatton. This time, he is fighting Miguel Cotto on a 145-pound weight limit this coming Nov. 14 (Nov 15 9am Philippine time) in Las Vegas' MGM Grand Garden Arena.
Pacquiao vs Cotto Fight
Both Manny Pacquiao and Miguel Cotto are considered among the world’s finest boxers. Bob Arum, who had much to do about the matchup, was confident that the fight would be a clash between two multi-title holder boxers. However, initially, many questioned the matchup since Manny Pacquiao is much more perceived to be a better boxer than Cotto.“The significance of this fight is if you know the body of work of these two fighters... It’s an all-action, all-out battle where guys are going to demonstrate toughness, courage and resilience... There are some fights that should properly be called boxing matches, but this is one where it’s totally accurate to call it a fight.”
Quote from http://sports.yahoo.com/box/news?prov=yhoo&slug=ki-paccotto072009&type=lgns.
Recent surveys show that Pacquiao remains to be the top favorite boxer of many groups including boxing organiztions. He was also Time Magazine's cover a few days ago.
Revenue
Revenue-wise, Arum foresees a the Pacquiao-Cotto fight to supercede the Pacquaio-Hatton MGM Grand Garden's $8.9 million ticket revenue and $850,000 on pay-per-view.
Watch this weekend's great fight between the Filipino hero and the Puerto Rican star as the Pacquiao and Cotto fight shows the world who the real boxer is.

We see to it that we maintain positive vibes as a band and to inspire the youth with our music. We are also funned of creating a different version for our cover songs, usually adding life to it and giving it an alternative rock flavor. When we perform, we do it with full energy. Not knowing what to name their new band, its members incidentally thought of the band’s name as they were “going down” an elevator in school.
In Descent is a katuwaan band. Each and every member has his own musical influence, ranging from Death metal to Glam rock. With the help of their musical roots, they continue to experiment with their music, regardless of each member’s musical perspectives. The band struggled to establish its identity, because of the members’ different musical influences. But the basis of their sound today was the “happy-go-lucky” and “feel good” vibe of their personalities.
