Samsung Electronics Co (SEPCO) recently unveiled the Samsung Notebook 9 Series at the International Consumer Electronic Show in Las Vegas at only 1.31kg (2.88lbs.) weight. It measures 16.3mm (0.64inches) thick with a screen size of 13 inches.
It features ‘SuperBright Plus’ display in 16 million color reproduction encased in duralumin metal alloy.
“The display [of Samsung Notebook 9 Series] alone is exceptional but to see it in an extremely mobile design is really impressive. When designing an ultra premium notebook, Samsung wanted to give users a notebook experience without limitations and the Notebook 9 Series excels on all fronts,” said Seongwoo Nam, executive vice president and head of the IT Solutions Business at Samsung Electronics.
Crafted from durable duralumin, the notebook is a lightweight material that is twice as strong as aluminum and normally used in advanced aircraft design.
The sophisticated beauty of the flowing line on the side of the Notebook 9 Series is a key design concept. The aerodynamic style and refined line express controlled power, while the Notebook 9 Series’ naturally flowing arch fits comfortably in the hand. The flowing line gives the Notebook 9 Series an aerodynamic and sleek style much like a premium sports car.
Ultra Vivid Display
The notebook’s SuperBright Plus displays with 400nit brightness. This is twice brighter than conventional displays with Super Contrast ratio (1,300:1) fit for gaming and crystal clear picture quality.
It utilizes ambient light sensors where the Auto Display Brightness controls measure light levels in the vicinity of the notebook and automatically adjusts the brightness of the display to ensure an optimized user experience while conserving battery life. Further, this is complemented with an adjusting backlit keyboard which adapts to darker light conditions with greater illumination.
