AOC Razor Monitors Unveil Its Thinnest Monitors

With increasing year-on-year sales for monitors, AOC sees a shift in market preference to bigger and clearer monitors as secondary screen usage at home and the office. With these in mind, they earlier unveiled the new AOC Monitors 43, 51, and 53 Razor series.

43-series

The 43-series monitors or Razor LEDs are available 18.5” to 23-inches screen sizes. All models are equipped with multiple power saving features for reduced environmental impact, whilst the LED backlight contains no toxic mercury, unlike traditional LCD monitors that present a disposal hazard.

The revolutionary 51-Series monitors have a radically slim display body measuring just 10.6mm thin, backed by a compact electronics box perched atop a sleek angled strut. The rear surface features an exquisite matrix-pattern embossed texture, whilst the screen bezel and base shine glossy black."

Aside from focusing on style and new technologies, it was also made with environmental awareness.

53-Series

The 53-Series highlights its IPS (In-Plane Switching) panel. This type of screen offers consistent image appearance and colours across the entire display. Contrast ratio is very high at 50,000,000:1 (DCR).

9.6mm thin at that, these LED monitors have unique smart bases containing all the input connectors and control electronics. It also received the “iF design award China 2010” for its 9.2mm display panel with metal front bezel.
